Shipping & Delivery

Most orders that are placed before 12 noon on a working day are dispatched the same day on our next working day service. Please note that orders can still take up to 3 working days to arrive and because of this we advise that you do not book a fitter until you have received and checked your flooring.

If you are located in an offshore area, or the Grampian or Highland areas, there will be a surcharge for delivery. The surcharges range from £10.00 to £85.00 with our couriers and depend on what you have purchased and your area. If you are required to pay a surcharge for your delivery, we will contact you either by telephone or by email. Deliveries to these areas can take up to 5 working days.

Delivery

Our standard delivery service is a one man, kerbside delivery. The driver is not insured to go into your property, and cannot take your goods up any stairs. For larger items, the driver may require assistance from you in taking the the goods off of the van. 

On our premium two-man delivery service we will contact you to choose a suitable day for delivery, depending on your area the soonest day available can be up to 5 working days from the date of ordering. On the evening before delivery you should be contacted by email or text with a 3 hour time slot for your delivery the following day. When delivering your items, the two man delivery personel will take the items into an accessible room of your choice. Please note that they may not be able to deliver up stairs, in tower blocks or into loft areas.

Payment

Payment through this website is processed through our secure payment system, meaning your card and personal details are kept safe and secure. You can also pay by PayPal, or if you prefer you can pay over the telephone.

Returns

When your item is delivered, please check carefully that you have recieved the correct carpet that you ordered. By checking the style, colour and size. If you have ordered vinyl, please be aware that our vinyl's are wrapped in old carpet to ensure they remain in good condition through transit. If for any reason you are unhappy with your flooring you can refuse delivery and the driver will either take the flooring back at the time or will collect the next day, to arrange this call us on 0800 695 5555.

Replacements

If your goods are faulty, please contact us immediately so we can cut and send out a replacement for you. If there is damage please provide pictures of the damage as this will help us get to the root of the problem.

Security

We process payments through Sage Pay or PayPal meaning your details are always safe. We do not save any credit or debit card details on our systems.
