This Abingdon carpet has a specially designed fleece backing with its strong hessian style base and a thin layer of fleece that helps prevent scratch marks as it is laid. It is recommended that this carpet should always be fitted with an underlay and adding one can even help extend your carpet’s lifetime. With a thick and dense underlay you can also add extra cushioning and insulation to your floor.
