Orders placed before 8am can often be delivered as soon as the next working day.

Delivery times affected by COVID-19

Our normal delivery times are detailed below, however, at present, goods are taking longer than usual to reach our customers.

All orders are being despatched within 2 days of receipt of order, however, please allow up to 2 working days for the receipt of your goods.

Tracking information will be sent to you once your goods are despatched. Please do not contact us for detailed delivery status once despatched unless this exceeds 5 days, as we can only refer you to the courier’s tracking information up to that point.

How long does delivery take?

Super fast delivery is available on all orders. For many parts of the UK, this can mean that if your order is placed before 8am it may be despatched on the same day for next day delivery.

For some areas and particularly more remote areas, eg: the Scottish Highlands, or offshore islands, please allow longer - approx 3-5 working days. Very large items also may take a little longer. For the avoidance of doubt, you will be informed of your scheduled delivery date at the time of despatch.

How much does delivery cost?

Our delivery charge for each roll of carpet, vinyl flooring, or artificial grass is just £13.95. Our delivery charge for each laminate order is also just £13.95.

Our delivery charge for underlay is FREE*.

*Please note surcharges below for remote areas.


We regret, there is a delivery surcharge for any item (including underlay) which is delivered to a remote area. These include:

Channel Islands £85, Isle of Wight £10, Isle of Man £70, Isles of Scilly £85, Scottish Highlands £85, Scottish Islands £85.

NB: Northern Ireland delivery is currently unavailable.


All other areas aren't available for delivery.

Scheduling your delivery

Deliveries can take place at any time between 7am and 7pm. In certain localities, the driver may only be able to deliver to the kerbside and may require assistance from you on larger items.

Please always allow 3 working days between your scheduled delivery date and your installation date for fitting. This will ensure that you will not be inconvenienced in the unlikely event of a delay in your order’s arrival.
