Delivery Information
Status - Most orders delivered between 2 - 6 working days.
Delivery is £16.95 per order.
For most households we also off an express service which is 2 - 3 working days. for an extra £14.95 on top of the standard delivery fee.
Please note there is a 12 noon cut off for same day dispatch. If you order after midday please add an extra working day to your delivery estimate.
Order tracking
We will stay connected! As soon as you've placed your order, we'll send you an email to confirm its receipt. You can also expect a notification from us once your goods have been dispatched. After the items have been sent out, we'll provide you with tracking information so you can easily monitor their progress. In most cases, we'll even offer you a convenient 3-hour delivery time-slot. Please note that deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Friday.
Fitting
For a smooth and hassle-free experience, we highly recommend scheduling your fitter after receiving and inspecting your order. This way, in the rare event of any unforeseen issues, you can avoid any inconvenience.
Receiving your delivery
In the majority of situations, your delivery will be brought right to your front door. However, there are certain instances where accessibility may be a factor. In such cases, the delivery driver might be able to deliver your items to the doorstep, and for larger items, assistance may be needed.
If you reside on an upper floor with stairs, the delivery driver will typically bring your order to the nearest access point on the ground floor.
Surcharge & Offshire Areas
Delivery to Aberdeenshire is £34.95 extra (£51.95) and should be delivered withing 10 working days. Regrettably we cannot currently deliver to the Scottish Highlands or any offshore locations.
